FAQ

Physiotherapy questions, answered

Is physiotherapy the same as physical therapy?

Yes — both names describe the same profession. In Jordan it is called «علاج طبيعي», in Iraq «علاج فيزيائي».

Can disc problems and sciatica be treated without surgery?

Many disc and sciatica cases improve with physiotherapy and exercise. We start with a careful assessment and refer you straight away if there are warning signs (increasing leg weakness, numbness around the saddle area, or bladder problems).

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your condition and how long you have had it. After the first assessment we explain the plan and the expected number of sessions clearly.

Do you offer home physiotherapy in Amman?

Yes — home visits for patients who need them, booked in advance through Rivo or WhatsApp.

Is there a female therapist for women?

Yes. Choose the female therapist when you book with Rivo and we will arrange your appointment with full privacy.

How do I book in Amman?

Through Rivo, the booking assistant on this site, Instagram and Facebook, at any hour — or WhatsApp +962 77 766 2055. Sessions are by appointment only.

Can I change or cancel my appointment myself?

Yes. Open Rivo and choose “My appointment: change or cancel” to move or cancel it yourself, at any hour, without calling or waiting. Revibe is one of the first clinics in the region where patients book, change and cancel their own appointments through a booking assistant.

Do you offer sports massage and deep-tissue massage in Amman?

Yes — sports massage and deep-tissue massage to ease muscle tension and help recovery after training. Book through Rivo or WhatsApp.
