What a session includes

An assessment of your problem in the first session, then manual therapy, exercises and advice that fit your case. Dry needling or cupping may be added when they suit your treatment plan. After the assessment we explain the plan and the expected number of sessions.

Before you book

When do you need urgent medical care?

In these cases go to the nearest emergency department or see a doctor straight away — instead of booking a physiotherapy session.

FAQ

Is the assessment free or a separate appointment?

No. The assessment is part of the first session, priced like any other physiotherapy session.

Do you offer packages?

Yes: packages of 3, 5, 7 and 10 sessions, and the price per session goes down as the number of sessions goes up.

Do you accept insurance?

For insurance questions, message us on WhatsApp and we will reply.

How do I book?

Through our assistant Rivo on the website or by WhatsApp message; you receive the confirmation on WhatsApp once the request is reviewed.
