How to book and confirm your appointment

What to bring

What happens during the session

A session lasts 45 minutes, and the assessment is part of the first session itself, so there is no separate appointment for it. The visit usually goes like this.

The steps of your first session

What happens after the session

You leave knowing what we are working on and why, with exercises to start at home. The plan is adjusted in later sessions according to how you respond and improve.

When do you need urgent medical care?

In these cases go to the nearest emergency department or a doctor straight away — instead of booking physiotherapy.
